My husband is a critical care nurse fighting on front lines of COVID-19 pandemic in NYC. There are not enough masks and other gear provided at his hospital. I bought this to sterilize/sanitize N95 masks, Protective uni-suit (that is made of poor quality disposable fabric that isn't intended for washer and dryer, but being reused non-the less), car keys, wallets, phones, remote controls in the house and other things that are easily contaminated during his work shift or at home. I love this unit! I was pleasantly surprised when I got it. The UV light can be used without heat on objects that can not be heated such as phones, masks and car keys and you can use heat separately or with UV light together on objects that tolerate heat well such as clothing. It is quite voluminous so you can sterilize multiple smaller items at the same time or one relatively large item. It is the size of a medium table top microwave oven.
