We’re here to make your dream salon a reality, and part of that is ensuring that your equipment stays functional and polished for years.

Extended Warranty Overview

Our extended warranty options are designed to give you added peace of mind by lengthening the protection period beyond the standard warranty included with your product. These extensions provide additional time under the same coverage terms as the original warranty—they do not expand or modify what is covered. Instead, they simply ensure your equipment remains protected for a longer duration, offering greater confidence in your investment.

Hydraulic Chairs

All hydraulic bases are covered for a minimum of two years from the date of receipt. Additionally, many of our manufacturers issue extended warranties that greatly increase this base warranty; some can even extend as far as 3, 5, 7, and 10 years!. Please refer to the specific product to confirm the period of coverage.

All remaining components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of receipt.

Shampoo Bowls & Backwash Units

Our warranty on shampoo bowls and backwash units guarantees that they are free of material and workmanship related defects and that they perform their intended service in a reliable and efficient manner for a period of one year. This only applies under normal use and only when installed and serviced by a licensed professional. The warranty is void if installation and service are performed by someone other than a licensed professional. Please check with local plumbing codes to ensure that you are complaint.

All remaining related components, unless noted otherwise, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of receipt.

Dryers

Motors within all Buy-Rite X-TRA Hot Dryers are protected by a 3 year warranty. Unless extended by manufacturer warranty, all heating elements, thermostats, hoods, timers and other components are warranted for one year unless failure is due to negligence or not changing the filter on all Buy-Rite branded dryers. All remaining components, unless otherwise noted, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of receipt.

Additionally, many of our manufacturers issue extended warranties that greatly increase the base warranty period. Please refer to the specific product to confirm the period of coverage.

Mats

Buy-Rite branded mats are warranted for two years of wear through and separation. In addition, many of our manufacturers issue extended warranties that greatly increase the base warranty period. Please refer to the specific product to confirm the period of coverage.

Skincare

All skincare equipment and their related components, unless otherwise noted, are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of receipt. Additionally, many of our manufacturers issue extended warranties that greatly increase the base warranty period. Please refer to the specific product to confirm the period of coverage.

Cabinetry

All cabinetry manufactured by Buy-Rite Beauty is covered under a 2-year warranty. This includes laminates, drawer slides and hinges.

General Warranty Notes

Be mindful. These warranties do not cover slight damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper installation or maintenance, damage caused by water or fire, discoloration, fading or staining of fabrics, chipping, fading or peeling of laminates or finishes or any acts of nature, such as fire, water damage, freeze, etc. These warranties cover replacement-repair parts, not labor, and they do not cover normal wear and tear or damage where there is evidence of altering, tampering, mishandling, abuse or misuse of the equipment.

We’ll take care of it. If your product fails under normal use as a result of a factory defect, such as a material or workmanship defect, we will either repair it or replace it with a comparable product or part. All defective products, parts and components will need to be sent back to Buy-Rite Beauty to receive warranty credit; if not received, such warranty invoices must be paid. Please note that the replacement of any parts within the aforementioned warranty periods does not renew or restart the warranty period.

Help us help you with pictures and videos. To help us assess damage, failure, or defect of your product or a component thereof, we ask that you provide photographic documentation of the damage or failure at the time of warranty claim. The responsibility falls on the customer to submit clear evidence of the damage/defect via digital photograph or video.

Always use a professional. The merchandise purchased from Buy-Rite Beauty is designed and distributed for professional use only and must be assembled and installed only by a licensed professional. Buy-Rite Beauty is not responsible nor does it have knowledge of individual building codes or bylaws. Please check with your local government offices regarding any questions you may have. Compliance with local, state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer. For your protection, please keep a copy of your licensed professional’s invoice and permitted documentation for proof should a claim be made under your warranty.

Let us help you by picking up all shipping charges for all warranty claims for the first 30 days. Any shipping costs related to warranty issues that occur within 30 days of the purchase will be the responsibility of Buy-Rite Beauty in both directions. 30 days after purchase, the buyer is responsible for sending the defective products to Buy-Rite Beauty for the remainder of the first year. After the first year, buyers are responsible for all shipping charges (both to and from Buy-Rite).

Returning/Shipping Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products. Please keep in mind, in situations where items arrive damaged or warranty claims have been made for replacement items, many of our manufacturers require the defective item to be sent back to their location in order to validate the warranty on the replacement item. Until that damaged or defective item is returned to that manufacturer, they may hold the replacement product’s warranty as void. In addition, in situations that require a re-shipment of goods due to damage or incorrect item received, we are only able to re-ship to the original address shipped on the original order. If you'd like us to re-ship a replacement item to a different location, additional fees may be applied.

By purchasing an Extended Warranty for the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Extended Warranty extends only the duration of the original manufacturer’s limited warranty period for the Product. It does not expand, modify, or otherwise alter the scope, coverage, limitations, exclusions, conditions, or remedies provided under the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. All terms of the original manufacturer’s limited warranty continue to apply during the extended period, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, covered defects, repair or replacement as the sole remedy, and any exclusions for incidental or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. Coverage under the Extended Warranty is limited to the same defects in materials and workmanship covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty and is provided on the same basis, by repair or replacement (or, where applicable under the original terms, credit), at the manufacturer’s or authorized service provider’s discretion. No new or additional categories of coverage, services, remedies, or benefits are provided by the Extended Warranty. The Extended Warranty is non-transferable unless required by applicable law or expressly permitted in writing, and applies only to the original Product and purchaser identified on the proof of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are created or extended by the purchase of the Extended Warranty beyond those already provided under the original manufacturer’s limited warranty and applicable law. Certain rights may vary by jurisdiction and you may have additional consumer rights that cannot be disclaimed. In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and the original manufacturer’s limited warranty, the terms of the original manufacturer’s limited warranty control with respect to scope of coverage, and this disclaimer controls with respect to the duration extension.
