Christina Backwash Unit 

These shampoo stations are very beautiful in the salon, and look great. The bowls seems wide but in a good way and I love having the white bowls you see so much more. I do feel like the layout makes your client sit high and forward, making the nape easy to wash but water run down the front/sides if you're not careful. If they had the design with the chairs 2/3 inches forward so they leaned more these would've been perfect

The material is great! Súper confortable for clients. Easy to assemble. I just love it!

I got all my items about 3 weeks ago and I got the aria dryers, Madison 42 stations, and these chairs and I can tell you there is so so much room in them for all-size clients. I would highly recommend this stuff but even more the customer service was absolutely the best!

First and foremost, customer support (Megan, Beauty Co.) was exceptional. I initially ordered the wrong color (wanted espresso versus black) and subsequently ordered the wrong base (wanted square versus round). I contacted the vendor and Megan engaged with me in a very responsive, courteous, and professional manner - resolving all issues.
Secondly, when the salon chair arrived via FedEx the container (card board box) was in dismal condition. I contacted Megan and she readily responded with guidance to go ahead and unpack the item, and if anything was wrong they would quickly replace anything that may have been damaged. I did so and everything was well.
Thirdly, there are no instructions provided. Which isn't a huge issue, because everything is very straight forward. You simple need to attach the foot pedestal and tighten the base to the hydraulic pump with the hex screws already provided. Note: You need to have the hex wrench, which is not provided.
Finally, this is a very good salon chair if your looking for style and comfort. The wide sitting will accomdate your 'wide' quest and everyone else will love the ample comfort - THINK COACH VESUS FIRST CLASS.

This is a decent chair, looks awesome, and is very stylish. Fits all sizes people, only wish it had more padding on the seat because it is not the comfiest for long appts.
