Love these chairs! Great quality and construction. Beautiful look. Massage is fantastic. They were easy to hook up to the existing plumbing. Super easy maintenance. Only complaint: we purchased 2 identical chairs. The hot/cold for the water temp is reversed on one of the chairs and the open/close for the drain is reversed on the other (when you point to hot/open, it's actually cold/close.) I notified the rep and hope that the 3 or 4 chairs we order in the future do not have those flaws.
