I bought this chair for my home salon I designed. Purchasing from an online store scared me only because I couldn't sit and test it buy the reviews on it sold me and I am glad I trusted them! I love it! When it came it had a minor scratch on the back of the bowl but nothing a little sharpie couldnt hide. Very happy with my purchase and the quick time it got to me. Thank you Buy Rite!

These are lovely and are working fabulously other than it's tough for a couple of older ladies we have that are very short. But they are a very small percentage of our clientele, so overall, they're great!

I love this shampoo bowl. I didn’t like that it did not come with connection instructions. The instructions I did receive were just to let you know what each part was and how to connect the bowl to the chair. The foot rest is a little sticky and doesn’t always come out when handle is pulled. But my customers still rave about this chair and love it!
