The chair seat is harder and thicker than my last chairs hard to do tall clients one of the chairs makes a horrible groaning sound when swiveled not very happy I like the width and look of the chair and would not order it again

Well-built chair, very comfortable for guests to sit in. The hydraulic foot bar is easy to operate. Order 6 in black, came quickly. The only disappointment is the rubber ring on the base comes off when moving the chair.
