Love it! Comfortable! Tilts back! Comes with everything! Love it!! Purchased the foot stool too and its perfect! But you have to make your own holes for the hot and cold lines.

I replaced a similar style bowl with this. I LOVE it! I am 5'10" this is a tall unit. Made to shampoo from behind, however, I usually stand on the side. It's nice to have options. Great for my back and the clients love it.
