The chair is very sturdy. Some may say hard but I believe it’s going to be long-lasting.

Great and sturdy chair.
The product is good. I purchased a great massage pad that fits over the neck, back & seat of the chair. It has made the chair completely worth it! My clients love it! The chair is sturdy and will hold heavier clients as well. If you are tall your legs will hang over the leg rest. I put a nice container in front of my chair to catch anything I may not want on the floor. My footsie spa was not shipped with my chair. But when I called they sent it and I received it three days later. So, not too bad, but very inconvenient as I was going out of town and had to make sure someone else was there to receive it. Nonetheless, my overall purchase from Buyrite was a good experience and I would not only purchase again from them but I would recommend others to do the same!
